Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms

By booking travel services through Diva World Explorers OPC Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to the terms and conditions of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Many bookings made through our platform or agents are strictly non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: - Discounted or promotional fares - Visa services - Last-minute hotel/flight deals - Certain land packages booked with third-party vendors - Packages clearly marked “non-refundable” at the time of booking under highlights section.

In such cases, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or unused services.

3. Refundable Bookings

For services where refunds are applicable: - The cancellation request must be submitted in writing to our official email. - Refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation policy of the respective service provider (e.g., airline, hotel, DMC, cruise operator). - Our service fee & payment gateway fee is non-refundable and will be deducted in addition to vendor cancellation charges.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If a booking qualifies for a refund: - Refunds will be processed within 21 working days from the date of written cancellation request or receipt of refund from the supplier—whichever is later. - Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, as per Company discretion.

5. Partial Services and No-Show

·       No refund will be given for partially utilized services.

·       No refund will be issued in case of no-shows, missed connections, or denial of entry due to visa/passport issues.

6. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events

The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, government regulations). Refunds in such cases are subject to the policies of the respective service provider.

7. Amendment Fees

Any change to a confirmed booking may attract an amendment fee in addition to fare or rate difference and vendor fees. All amendment requests are subject to availability.
